About EposPartners

EposPartners is a hardware web store with our main warehouse in Swindon, Wiltshire.  It is a wholly owned subsidiary of CTS Retail who has been suppliers to the Retail sector for over 27 years. 

1.  Who can buy at EposPartners

Customers from any industry sector can purchase from EposPartners although as our name indicates our product line caters for Retailers. 

 2. Why are products so much cheaper at EposPartners?

Because we shop around to get the very best prices from our suppliers and pass them onto you, our customers. 

3. Why do I need to register at EposPartners?

If you input your details there is very little chance of errors and it is our aim to get your products delivered to you in the shortest time possible.  Plus we can contact you should we need to. Registration is really easy and you only have to do it once. Next time you visit EposPartners, you can just use your login name and password to start shopping straight away!

4. I’m having a problem with a product I ordered from you – what should I do?

if you a have a problem with an item you ordered don’t worry, we are here to help.  Call us immediately, we will do our best to sort any problems for you as quickly and as reasonably as possible , please call 01793 438706 and ask for the Epospartners team, alternatively you can email our support team at Sales@epospartners.co.uk and explain what the issue is and we will get back to you ASAP

5. My product hasn’t arrived and it has been over 5 days?

If your order has not arrived, firstly, check that a “while you were out” card hasn’t been slipped under your door. This card will have further details on how to get your order. Also check with other people in your house/office/work place. Often someone has signed for it and forgotten to tell you! If it’s still not there, please contact us on 01793 438706 with your order reference and details. All orders have tracking numbers so we can trace where it is.

6. I tested my product but something is wrong and it doesn’t work. How do I return a faulty product?

If a product you’ve purchased from us Online is defective in any way, please contact us on 01793 438706.  We will assign an RMA number that will validate your return, so we can arrange to have the product returned and inspected.  Returns without a valid RMA number will be rejected, and shipping charges will be forwarded to the customer attempting to return the item.  We will then take the appropriate action (i.e. repair, replace or refund). The action will be dependent on the outcome of inspection. Please note that purchased products need to be returned to us with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories including cables and power supplies and must be in all the original packaging.
Once you have been issued with an RMA number, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address we give you.  In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box, please note, we do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability with manufacturers before ordering. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service

8. I have a discount code. Where do I enter this information to get my discount?

There is a box on the Basket Page labeled “VOUCHER CODE”. Enter your code in here (e.g. ABC1234) and click submit. Please note that discounts code do not work in conjunction with other offers like bundles or sales/reduced items.

9. How Can I Tell If The Items I Want Are In Stock?

Everything available on our website is mostly in stock although sometimes we may have a slight hiccup and cause a tiny delay. In these circumstances, we will contact you within 24 hours to notify you, offering similar/alternatives products or an updated delivery time. Need something extra speedy? About payment

1.  How can I pay for my order and is buying online safe?

On the EposPartners web site, credit card transactions are guaranteed to be fully safe according to the SSL encrypting standard (Secure Socket Layer). This means that your financial information is encrypted using not just one but two keys to make it secure and confidential during transmission over the internet. And we never store any payment card information.

2.  Do you provide an invoice?

Yes. An invoice is sent automatically to you by email after you place your order. Please add EposPartners.co.uk to your safe sender e-mail list. You can also find a printable invoice in the order history section of 'My Account' after you login. 

3.  What is your refund policy?

With our Easy Returns policy you can return goods within 7 days after the products have been received by you. Please go to shipping and returns tab on any page for more information on returning products.

About delivery

1.  Can products be shipped outside the UK?

Unfortunately at present we don't ship internationally. Due to differences in currency, voltage levels, types of mains sockets, shipping costs, warranty problems and fraud due to verification of credit card addresses outside of the UK. However we have just started shipping to Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland.

2. Do you ship to a UK PO Box or BFPO address?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to a UK PO Box or BFPO address due to shipping restrictions. Please go to the shipping and returns tab on any page for any questions regarding delivery.
